Brendan Kolnick
Director of Acquisitions

Mr. Kolnick joined Yale Realty in 2009 and is primarily responsible for new acquisitions and asset management of Yale Realty’s portfolio. He began his real estate career as a consultant at CB Richard Ellis. During his tenure there, he evaluated roughly $1.0bn of commercial real estate. Subsequently, he worked for a private Brooklyn-based investment firm, where he underwrote and provided transactional support for more than $300mm in aggregate property value.

Mr. Kolnick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cornell University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University, where he graduated as Valedictorian and received the Michael F.X. Waters Research Writing Award.
