Paul Monaco
Director of Leasing

Mr. Monaco directs all leasing activities for Yale Realty. Mr. Monaco's commercial real estate experience spans more than 25 years. Prior to joining Yale Realty, he served as Senior Leasing Representative for Acadia Realty Trust, where he managed a leasing portfolio encompassing more than 3 million square feet of retail development and redevelopment projects across the East Coast. Mr. Monaco also served as Senior Leasing Representative for DLC Management Corp., where he was responsible for leasing more than 3.5 million square feet of retail properties throughout the United States. His real estate career began at Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate in New York City.

Mr. Monaco holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from New York University and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the State University of New York at New Paltz. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
