Yale I. Paprin
President

Mr. Paprin is President and sole owner of Yale Realty Services Corp.

Upon graduating from Case Western Reserve University in 1976, Mr. Paprin immediately served under the University Vice President, with specific responsibilities including handling the University’s outside real estate investment portfolio. Subsequently, he worked for a national real estate company that owned a portfolio of strip shopping centers in Ohio, Virginia, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania.

This was followed by a nearly 13-year period in which Mr. Paprin oversaw the acquisition and management of 400 apartment units and 200,000 square feet of commercial properties for himself and his family. During this period, he founded Papco Automated Services Inc. and other cottage businesses ancillary to the real estate industry. He sold many of these assets in 1989 in anticipation of the real estate market downturn that soon materialized.

The following year, Mr. Paprin formed Yale Realty with the intention of investing in the then distressed retail real estate market. Today, Mr. Paprin presides over a portfolio of revitalized, highly profitable shopping centers, and is expanding his portfolio.

Mr. Paprin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Case Western Reserve University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York. He has served as a board member of the Westchester Business and Professional Council of UJA and as a co-chairman of the Real Estate Council of Carnegie Hall.
