WAYNESVILLE, NC - NOVEMBER 30th, 2015 - Yale Realty Services Corp., a privately held real estate investment firm that specializes in open air shopping centers, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Waynesville Commons in Waynesville, NC.

Waynesville Commons is a 126,901 square foot shopping center shadow-anchored by a Super Wal-Mart. Notable tenants include Belk, Michaels, PetSmart, Rack Room Shoes, SuperClips and US Cellular. Waynesville is the county seat of Haywood County, North Carolina. It is the largest town in Haywood County and the largest in western North Carolina west of Asheville. Waynesville is located about 25 miles (48 km) southwest of Asheville between the Great Smokey and Blue Ridge Mountains. The property is conveniently located near the intersection of I-26 and I-40.
