YALE REALTY SERVICES CORP. ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF NORTH ROAD PLAZA


ORANGEBURG, SC - APRIL 9TH, 2015 - Yale Realty Services Corp., a privately held real estate investment firm that specializes in open air shopping centers, is pleased to announce the acquisition of North Road Plaza in Orangeburg, South Carolina. North Road Plaza is a 50,760 square foot shopping center shadow-anchored by a Super Wal-Mart. Notable tenants include TJ Maxx, CATO, GameStop, Rent-A-Center, Sally Beauty Supply, Shoe Show and Subway.


Orangeburg County is located in the midlands region of South Carolina. Orangeburg sits strategically located adjacent to I-95 between the state capital of Columbia, SC (42 miles) and the port of Charleston, SC (70 miles). Additionally, nearby Interstates (I-77 and I-20) link the area with the ever growing markets of Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA.


North Road Plaza is the company's third acquisition over the past 24 months and continues to focus on acquiring high quality shopping centers in secondary and tertiary markets.
