TERRE HAUTE, IN - MAY 15th, 2017 - Yale Realty Services Corp., a privately held real estate investment firm that specializes in open air shopping centers, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sycamore Terrace in Terre Haute, IN. Sycamore Terrace is a 47,663 square foot shopping center shadow-anchored by a Super Wal-Mart. Notable tenants include Dollar Tree, Pet Supplies Plus, Rent A Center, Maurices, Monical’s Pizza, GameStop, GNC and Fantastic Sams.


Located in western Indiana, Terre Haute is located 77 miles southwest of Indianapolis, and within 185 miles of Chicago, St. Louis, Louisville and Cincinnati. The city is at the intersection of two major roadways: I-70 which stretches from California to Maryland, and U.S. 41 which extends from Michigan to Miami.
