Yale Realty Services Corp., a privately held real estate investment firm that specializes in open air shopping centers, is pleased to announce the acquisition of The Marketplace at Smyrna in Smyrna, TN. The Marketplace at Smyrna is a 158,333 square foot shopping center shadow-anchored by a Super Target and Kohl’s. Notable tenants include Ross Dress for Less, PetSmart, ULTA, Dollar Tree, Staples, Kirkland’s, Shoe Show, Hibbett’s, Bath & Body Works and Burger King.

The Marketplace at Smyrna is the company's second acquisition in the state of Tennessee as it continues to focus on acquiring high quality shopping centers in growing markets anchored by strong credit grocery stores and Walmart Supercenters.
